This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form: your name, email, phone (if provided), message, the locale you used, and the source path (e.g. catalogue request). We do not use cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our internal Telegram chat via the Telegram Bot API. We do not store enquiries in a database. We do not share your data with marketing or analytics third parties.
How long we keep it
Telegram messages remain in our chat history until we manually delete them, typically within 12 months of the last contact unless an active project keeps the thread relevant.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to stop processing it. Write to decorgips@inbox.lv and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
